I think this is an epidemic as the OWL sector and the vanguard show great concerns about it and are presently considering a quarantine. I don't believe this will be good for us later as it may develope a more deadly strain once it has more people infected. ::Estimated time until all guardians are infected is about a week. The only guardians left are ones that are off duty. If this should turn deadly, the city would be left defenseless.
