Countless others including myself create multiple posts asking about the same trial mode issue. A mod did respond 2 years ago, and even then he didn't solve the problem. Customer Support or player support whatever you want to call it is absolutely horrible. I see mods skip over questions to answer easier ones. Can we actually get some real help?
