This is really no different than the treasure keys from HoW - with the exception of one being guarantee for turning in the first bounty for Petra. You had to wait until the end of a PoE session to use one and there was no guarantee as to what weapon you would get or what perks.. It was a bad idea in HoW and not sure I'm looking forward to this coming back in RoI. I guess it's one more reason why I really don't care to 'farm' the crap out of strikes.
