I can't confirm any besides the 1 that the game claims my main warlock is missing. Calcified fragment XXXII: Majestic Majestic This calcified fragment is located at the beginning of the Totems phase in the Kings Fall raid. For some reason, after picking this calcified fragment up, it has not registered on my character as picked up and my map directory will be forever stuck at 49/50 calcified fragments. I was able to confirm this as truth by checking my female awoken warlock's calcified fragment progress on the bungie.net officially site. The progress tracker claims that "Fragment XXXII: Majestic Majestic" has not yet been picked up, however upon entering the Kings Fall raid and going to the location of the fragment, said fragment does not exist due to the fact it has already been retrieved. I genuinely hope this can be fixed because I've been playing the game long enough and done everything in the year 2 moments of triumph, yet because of this 1 small error in the system, I will not actually receive the year 2 moments of triumph rewards. And I think the fact that my main warlock alone has 44 days of play time can provide a bit more credibility to this issue. Sadly, if this isn't fixed, I will not be receiving the rank 5 moments of triumph rewards for year 2; I will be leaving for college soon, and based on the minimum 3 weeks to retrieve all 50 fragments on a second character, I will not have enough time to do so. Honestly, please have someone look into this.
