Well, long ago I made an Idea thread and a Ninja responded to it, we talked about how faction rep should be gained without the need of a class item. Also we talked about perks that give Solar damage resistance or Solar splash damage resistance. Several months later, we got it. The thread was very similar to this one, but much older and less thought out. It was the same advanced subclass concept, but it was through the factions specifically.
