Lets be honest, we all grind the crucible and the vanguard for one thing. Guns. Glorious guns and for that perfect stat roll on said gun. So how do you feel when you finally get a package after grinding your butt off for two hours only to get armor or a class item? Anger, irritated, disappointed, and basically the feeling like you wasted your time for 3-5 marks and a handful of strange coins/motes. What if you finally hit RNG heaven and you get a gun? Chances are the perks are bad and you have to begrudgingly dismantle it. With weapon re-rolling gone (which is a good thing in my opinion) we are at a point where grinding is less rewarding even if its supposedly helped slightly with the reasonable reputation gains from activities but terrible reputation rewards from doing bounties. There really needs to be a change to the packages immediately. Meet in the middle with this, when you rank up with a faction, give us both a piece of armor and a weapon.
