Over a year and still no friend list

Why do I have no friends list, it's daily, it's actually from the Second I log into my destiny.
I'm getting tired of this bungie.
I'm on ps4.
I've deleted destiny off my ps4 and reinstalled everything, and it still does this. This has been going on for over a year now...

8 RespuestasBungie is actively investigating issues with the list not populating at times. It's possible to work around it when it occurs by joining a player through the PS/XBL friends list. 3 RespuestasThis occurs more constantly if you have a rather large friends list. I have it encounter after deleting over 900 people at random times but it hasn't been as common when I had 1K friends. Try clearing up some friends if you don't talk with them anymore. I have around 140 now.
