Recently I upgraded from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, and I noticed that my Blacksmith Shader and Red Sparrow said "Requires Offer Unlock" on Xbox One Destiny, but if I go to my Xbox 360 Destiny, I can use it. I looked around my 360 and found the files for unlocking them, put them on a USB and put it in my Xbox One, still didn't work. So I looked around and located other people experiencing my problem, and they said "Bungie cannot and will not transfer these item over" and I have no clue if this is true or not, but if it is that is unfair to us players that bought the code and pre-ordered the game (I pre-ordered) but the cheapest Blacksmith code I could find was $50.00, on a shady website at that. On Ebay the cheapest is $60.00, and I will not pay that much for something I already own, please, either give me a refund on those two items or allow me to use them.
