I have very fast Internet and my console is showing 0% packet loss and a strong connection (400Mbps down, 20Mbps up). The problem I'm having is that I will be playing and everything will be going fine until I randomly get booted and get the "Connecting to Destiny Servers" banner along the bottom of the screen. This will happen consistently and I cannot join fireteams or complete activities. Quitting the game and then restarting (which still takes forever to load) will solve the problem for a few minutes, but that will not last.
