Just got a grasp with guerrilla fighter(bonus handling etc while behind cover)...sounds like an interesting perk but I'm not sure what constitutes cover or if this perk is even worth having. Thoughts? Well it seems the consensus is in and this must be the worst perk in the game... Darn you RNGesus! You've foiled me again! Does anyone out there think it's worth having?
