Exotics shouldn't be stronger than legendary guns. They should be completely unique (stats, perks, and looks) but the only thing that does that is the looks and its one perk on some guns. for example: lets say i have a Monte Carlo, it will do the same damage and have the same rate of fire as some legendary auto rifles like the Abyss defiant. however the perk for Monte Carlo does change up how you play the game a bit. (but not much)
