They shouldn't be overpowered. But they shouldn't be underpowered that legendary variants are a better choice. I.e hawkmoon and its better legendary variant eyasluna. They should be unique. We need more exotics like the last word, voidfang vestments, twilight garison, plan c, feedback fences. These are examples of unique exotics that don't have legendarily that exceed them but they are not overpowered either (anymore) I would have loved to have named more guns but nope.
