Reasonable Dreg's Promise buff?
My idea is simple - get rid of the tracking rounds, make it hitscan and ditch the 3-round burst in favour of full auto. For me this gun is so dire it needs a serious buff.
[spoiler]It could even herald a new special weapon type, the SMG, that bosses the area between shotgun and fusion range.[/spoiler]

This gun could be amazing with a buff. I have tried making it work, but the thing is useless without a little help from Bungie.

It needs the burst that is one of it's most important traits hit scan and no tracking fine but it needs something like giving it a secondary fire type like a mini shotty with less damage but like a 2 shot kill.
