It's bad enough that people complain about a forced grind to this game. I'm usually not one of those but putting Xur at The Reef during IB, when you need to do most of your Bounty and Item management at the Tower, was incredibly shortsighted at the least and positively annoying and insulting at the most. Is there any foresight into any decisions that are made in that office?
