This is a cool scout rifle exotic that I think you all will enjoy. Type: scout rifle Name: MUCH FUN! Description: I AM HAVING A GOOD TIME! Perk zero: Confetti: Shot burst with little confetti effects. Precision kills cause people to explode into confetti Exotic perk: Pocket confetti: Confetti has a chance to temporarily blind an enemy with confetti. Other perks: full auto and spray and play. Hidden perk: there's a few cheers when you get a head shot (like in halo) Stats would be similar to Vision of confluence, maybe a slightly fast RoF. What do you guys think? Yay or nay.
