Destiny season pass bought through ps store year 1 - updated to taken king, do i need to purchase physical copy?
Hi all,
I purchased Destiny originally with the season pass that gave me each expansion pack on year one. I recently fired it up after a long time and have noticed it's now labelled the Taken King.
When opening I continually get connection troubles or psn login prompts but I am having neither. I'm assuming year one connections have been locked out.
Regardless of that, what are my options for a digital copy? Since it's labelled taken king do i just need to get a TK redemption code?
Not sure how to proceed and do not want to begin a lengthy download all over again

Hey, The Taken King is Destiny Year 2. It came out last September and you will need to buy it to do current leveled activities. You should still be able to launch the game and still do the Year 1 activities so if you're having trouble connecting I'd recommend checking out the connection help section. Hope you get it working so you can play the best game ever :)
