This thought has been in the back of my head for like ever. Literally. Ever since the Taken King came out. I've always missed some of the classic weapons and armpit pieces from year 1 such as The Stranger's Rifle, or the Shattered Vault Cloak. So I have an idea. How bout like these things called power cores or something (I don't now what to call em). These cores would allow you to raise the light level of one legendary weapon and one legendary armor piece to a year 2 light level. I'd love to use the Stranger's Rifle in Trials, but to do that I'd need the No Time to explain, and to be honest, I'm to lazy to finish that quest. And I don't care if the cloak doesn't give me any bonuses or anything, I just want to wear it again because it looks so freaking sick. Literally. Like how can you not like that cloak?
