That post about an interview with a Bungie employee...

Apparently I am terribly mis-informed. A guardian below has helped me see why the post was shut down. Edit: The answer has been found: The CoC says that you cannot reveal information about upcoming content, so I'm guessing that's why the post was closed down.
It could be real. You can be banned for spoiling or releasing details about new content..
The post did not release any info on new content though...
Wasn't it the one about custom games..?
If it WAS fake, then it could be viewed as slander. I'm a huge advocate for freedom of speech, but certain kinds of speech count as assault, and if Bungie deemed the post as slander, then they could easily say it was an assault on their company and reputation. I know, it sucks and it's kind of BS, but that's how law works here in the U.S. Edit: it it was REAL, on the other hand, then it was a violation of the NDA that Bungie's employees all signed as a part of their employment. If you sign an NDA, you are authorizing the issuer of the agreement to limit your freedom of speech if it could potentially cause damage or disruption to the issuer.
