Remove or lower the cooldown on Cautarize, or place a cooldown on hungering blades. And a damage buff for all supers in pve would be nice. (Excluding defender because the bubble doesn't kill, only supports)

Put a cooldown on hungering blade when the Arcblade is literally thrown across the map to kill people with a proximity detonation that one shots everything it hits.
