The gun literally has maximum firerate, And because every single perk on the gun practically raises stability, it's pretty much an LMG that you can snipe with. Another thing. 78 round magazine? Really? That's more than pretty much every Heavy Machine Gun in the entire game. And that's not even with extended mag. On the PvP weapon insights chart, it shows the kills per game and the rank of that person. Low rank gets high kills. High rank gets high kills. Medium rank gets high kills. I've been playing trials lately with my friends just like every week (disgusting map this week btw) and when I see someone on the enemy team using a Doctrine I want to end my life. No running away because it's fire rate is so high that the time to kill is about .833389 seconds.
