I didnt realise FoH stays on the ground for a few seconds also like a grenade. Yesterday an opponent used it and took out a few allies while I was on a ledge. I well away from it and my plan was to jump over and down before he ran off and kill him but it was a reasonable time after I did and soon as I hit the ground I was killed by it. Is that normal?

There is a perk that causes aftershocks that do about half your health worth of damage, if I recall correctly. Aftershock or something like that. It may one shot you.

It's not really. It's very situational and the pulses are spread out. It pulses twice I believe, and it's made to kill unsuspecting people or people your teammates force to run through it. It's only on the ground as well, you can clear it by staying above it if you see it. Last I checked anyway

General rule of thumb, if you see or hear a Striker Titan? Listen to the surrounding area. The pulses aren't silent, if you hear them go somewhere else and come back in 10 seconds or so. Never, ever challenge a Striker in their Aftershocks, because they don't take damage from them, and always keep them at a distance. Never let them get close. They hinge on their abilities being absolutely devastating at close range.
