Stay away from the start. The running speed doesn't exist, but gets more annoying each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should not be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to stand in a straight line, and stand as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is still going. The test won't begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, stop.
