It's not and this is my explanation.
I never said I made a post like this, I'm saying anyone can do what they want it's their party.
I'm not an elitist, I just don't like people telling people what they can or can't do. I see people do this and get hated for it which they shouldn't because it's their party.
It's life when you get a job if you want a specific person then you ask for those specific skills. Trolls and crybabies on the forums either don't have a good job or aren't adults yet.
