Paradox secret glitch?
I was just playing the Paradox daily heroic with a friend for No Time To Explain. We collected the first and second Ghosts, beat the boss, and went to the location of the third ghost, only to discover that it was not there at all. We were very disappointed and are 100% sure that we had the correct location for the Ghost. Can anyone help me figure out why the third Ghost was not there? Also, when we collected the second Ghost, there were like 5 of them. We collected the first, and as it flew up, it revealed a second underneath it. We collected that, etc. until by the fifth Ghost it finally disappeared.

From my experience, this happened to a friend and i multiple times where the 3rd ghost would not appear. We figured out that if we died, we had to go to orbit and restart the mission. We were able to get the 3rd 'memory' by acquiring the 1st memory and 2nd memory then defeating the boss(hydra) without dying. Hope this helps.
