Nothing wrong with sunsingers until you play 3 of them in trials, the thing is you can move away from smoke and it's a stationary grenade, if you don't step in it your fine.
Firebolts tag you and burn you, they leave you out of the fight for about 10 seconds, don't even lie and say your gonna challenge somebody who has the mida with your mida when you are being burned by a firebolt. You are out of the fight for upwards of 15 seconds, leaving your team in a 3v2.
There is a reason the majority of streamers who carry use sunsingers, they are easy mode. Flame shield and firebolts is all you need.

Did you include regeneration and rushing back into the fight?

No i didnt. That would be 11 seconds depending on your recovery stat. Im still ordering take out

It's over 8 seconds, and that's just for the burn to stop. Depending on recovery it can take 11-15 seconds in total to return to full health in which you would reengage in combat.
