15 ToC and not a single exotic
Been using these in strikes and the daily just now and after 15 in a row, I still haven't gotten a single exotic.
What the actual -blam!- Bungie...

Well even after waiting I used them up and didn't receive a single exotic.

4 RespuestasThey put an internal timer on them. If you wait about 5 minutes after killing the elite to use your 3oC your chances should improve. I normally just run the highest lvl strikes and pop a coin at or right before I kill the end boss. Generally get one every 4-5 coins
