Everything involving people
I've tried to get people to play with me so I can do some missions, but it's hard to do that. Everything should have a matchmaking option for hard missions and certain events. It's unfair to solo players who don't have friends or really anybody to help them out.

Exactly! People have this stupid idea in their heads that the game is social when it's not! Using a 3rd party source to TALK to other players is not SOCIAL.
