After playing a couple rounds of crimson doubles, i came up with some tips, and general knowledge that some people may not know about this new game mode. Some of which apply from your trials of osiris experiences. 1) No Level Advantages - your light level does not matter in crimson doubles playlist, so no player will be getting bonus damage on you, if they are significantly higher in light than you. 2)Legacy Weapons Approved - You can carry your year 1 weapons in this playlist, whether thats a good thing or bad is up to you to decide. 3)Trials Gear Perk Approved - the 3v3 perks designed for trials of osiris applies and still work in crimson doubles. 4) Broken Heart Buff - Be sure to isolate and bait an enemy opponent to give your self the advantage while this X-factor is active (-_^)d 5) Regen Special Ammo - along with the crimson days update bungie has implemented starting matches with no specials ammo, so its a good idea to start out with exotics to regenerate that special ammo while denying the opposing team any.
