Do none Level 40 Weapons have a cap on Att Value?
Sorry, not the clearest topic title.
Just wondering if its possible to break primary weapons down to upgrade my Down and Doubt 00-0 (I got from story, as a reward, lvl 36) all the way up to 300+ or if there is a cap on how high it can go.. due to the fact that it's not a level 40 required weapon.
