How to counter a fist of havoc? You don't! All you can do is suck it up and move on. Even jumping out of the way usual fails as the damage field seems to extend way above the Titans head. But I think as a Titan has to manoeuvre to a point in which they could be mowed down then I guess they've earned the one or two kills they tend to get.
