Are you being serious? I've shut down titans mid super with an auto rifle, sniper, shotguns, and even a storm fist. I've also been shut down multiple times mid super. If they're above you, learn how to use your situational awareness and lead the target. Titans running unstoppable with arc based armor and max armor builds are going to be hard to kill. That's what armor is for.
