I am experiencing a reoccurring issue with the FWC gun "The Vanity". Several times, while using the Legendary hand cannon with the Firefly effect active, upon a headshot a detonation will occur at the target, followed closely by a detonation at my character's location. When this happens, my game immediately crashes.
