Yep. I haven't gotten notifications for months. I have to go to my profile, recent activities, and go to each one I've done to see if I have any replies. The sad thing is I went to help and asked about this problem. A ninja asked me some things and told me to do some things but nothing worked and I told him that. So he just decided not to answer me anymore because he didn't know how to do his job apparently. They're also not even trying to fix it. That's bungie for you
