Mida multi tool quest?
So I noticed when I bought the Mida Multi-Tool year 2 off the weapon wall a new exotic scout rifle slot opened. Is there a hidden quest for this new weapon? And yes I left the tower and even restarted my game, and this hidden exotic was still there.
