If you break down a blue with out law - you get weapons parts to add out law to the white schematic. Scopes and sites are also taken from weapons and added for 1000 glimmer from gun smith. Two perks equals a legendary. You can break down stuff and make your own gun/site combination you chose. If you played darksiders 2 you will know what I mean. Cursed weapons were the sht!!!!!
