Not able to play multilayer w xbox live
So earlier I was switching characters to take part in a raid, and my toddler son turned off the xbox. Now, I can't join any crucible matches or join matchmaking for strike playlists. I cant see anyone in the tower either, and my xbox live is paid. I hear there is no way to directly contact bungie, what's going on?

thats nothing i just was leading the iron banner , join a request in game then im zero again, but it toke like 5 minutes just to get back in the game, just another time thats dumb with this game, fix and dont allow poaple to joinn fire teams in cruciable, it looks like there cheating, everytime i have some one adding a reqeust
