I'm playing Mayhem Clash in the Crucible with my Titan leveling up his Striker subclass. During a match on Vertigo I came across another Titan, he was using his Defender subclass. I thought "Surely he could use a different subclass to help the fight", then he pops his super, a bubble appears. "Armor Of Light" it reads to the left of my screen, "How will this help?" then I notice the 2 orbs on the floor, "Wait...". "He is helping us, supplying our teammates with orbs so they can use there supers!". Then I see the rest of my team come into the bubble getting more power, but suddenly 3 opposing guardians are pushing in from the north hall. "SUPER CHARGED", It says on the screen boldly. Everything is clear now. I run towards the enemy, leaving the bubble think about how the Titan helped me, and now I must help him. I jump with my head held strong, and unleash my unstoppable havoc. Time stops as if I've been slowed by a mine in the Prison of Elders. I think to myself, "I get it now, why I fight, why all of this makes sense and matters. I fight to keep the ones I fight by my side safe. Not for the my own sake, but for theirs." A single tear comes from my eye. I close my eyes and hope for the best, so I can keep them safe. I hit the ground, Hard, then I look at the screen "Triple Down". I don't know why I had this in my mind but it feels nice to let it out.
