class item perks are a waste - how about this instead
the perk on class items that increases upgrade rate for "x" weapon is a complete joke.
a better idea for perks or type of perks would be
increase impact by 1%
, or rate of fire,
or stability,
or magazine capacity
etc.
the upgrade rate of a weapom = complete waste of development resources
