So I've been experiencing some troubling issues with Destiny as of recent. It seems that some of the items I had in my inventory have been taken, and seem to imply that a purchase is needed to use them now. The items in question are two emblems: Suros Fire and Vanguard Honor; and one shader: Suros Minimalist. I had both of the Suros items equipped before and then yesterday they were unequipped but still present in my inventory. Now they require "preorder exclusive." The Vanguard Honor emblem, which I believe I've probably had since launch, says "requires purchase." So what exactly is going on? Why am I now being forced to buy things I already had? I'd understand if they were part of the new microtransaction system, but it really doesn't sit right with me to have items taken away from me and then stuck behind a paywall. Is there a way to have these restored?
