[i] She half smiles then says[/i]
L" We should be good then, you want to start with something your comfortable with,I just need to fix my foot bindings."
[i] She sits cross legged on the floor and re--braces both her ankles.[/i]

[i]I watched her for a moment before grabbing a wooden dagger[/i] "I'll just start with a dagger."

[i] She nods, as she stands she shakes her muscles loose,something about her movements, remains perfectly relaxed until they moment they move. She stands across from him, making a strong offensive move ,going straight for a kick down onto his knee.[/i]

[i] As he does that,she ensures to knock the bade wide,,the force of his push sliding her backwards leaving her stance wide and low. Putting her hand to the floor she goes for a leg sweep,[/i]

[i]She caught his leg and he falls backwards but he plants his hand down on the ground mid air and pushes himself up and catching himself, landing on his feet.[/i]

[i] That went better than she had hoped giving her time to get back onto her feet. Seeing an opening she makes for a disable, aiming to grab his free arm , to twist and brace his wrist, hoping he'll drop that blade.[/i]

[i]I reversed her attempted disarm and pushed her in front of me. My arm was around her neck and her hand was on my hand with blade but it was already pointed at her side. [/i]

[i] She braces her back against him trying to ignore his breath near her neck,[/i][b]Focus Light [/b] [i]she tells herself. Leaning hard into him she makes a sudden drop and at the same time throws her weight onto the arm with the blade, still trying to locate the point to get him to drop the knife.[/i]

[i] she pauses considering something before chuckling slightly. She stands down[/i]

[i]I let go of her and took a step back to give her room. I then waited and half expected her to say something.[/i]

[i] She turns, rubbing her wrists she looks him over her Grey blue eyes re assessing her former assumptions. As if she was inputting new data. She smiles ,that smile that can't quite light her up. [/i] L:" Thanks that showed me a lot .

"Your welcome. Any time." [i]I chuckle and look at her once more[/i] "Hey can I ask you something? Your smile, why does it seem as if it's hallow?"

[i] She actually looks a little hurt, but it's not the first time she's heard that.[/i] Lt " don't suppose you'd be up for going for walk or drive or something?"

"We can take my car." [i]I say as we walk out into the parking lot and I unlock my car, the car was very nice and looked expensive, seemed he took good care of it. I threw the keys in and started the car[/i]

[i] She slides into the passenger side, pushing the seat back a little. She watches him drive, there is definately something to be said for a guy who can handle a stick shift.[/i]

[i]His car was indeed a stick shift and he drove it smoothly and easily to point Loma[/i]

[i] They pull up, she steps out of the car. The sea breeze teases her hair, and she tucks it behind her ear. She bites her lip, as she watches the horizon.[/i] L" This is pretty special."

[i]I step out and walk up next to her, the view was just amazing.[/i] "It is a nice view."
