Being killed inside the echo bubble even tho she is long dead.
Echo doesn't come in for second slam, just kills everyone instead.
Being untorn half way across the platforms.
Bombs not doing full damage.

apparently there's all kinds of bug. I guess I'm lucky then. 3 runs minimum weekly since the first week of KF & I've never encountered or heard about any of these bugs. Can't be too prevalent.
