Offtopic's Weekly Music Recommendations
Since I'm sure a lot of people here are fans of a lot of different kinds of music, I decided to start a thread where Offtopic will vote on an album to recommend listening to. The comment that gets the most bumps will be chosen for that week. Have fun

For the hard rock/punk fans: Siren Song of the Counter-Culture, Revolutions Per Minute and The Unraveling albums by Rise Against. See also Billy Talent 1 and 2 (by Billy Talent, clearly) for a nice mix of punk and alt. For the alt-punk/melodic hardcore fans: The Sufferer and the Witness, also a Rise Against album. One of their best IMO. For alternative fans: Saint Cecilia (EP), The Color and the Shape, and Sonic Highways albums from the Foo Fighters. For fans of a slightly heavier alt sound: Look no further than Wasting Light, of course, by the Foo Fighters. Arguably one of the best modern rock records out there. That's all I've got for now, don't wanna go overboard.
