It's that's so, then great, but it would seem like they're trying to move emotes into RNG bags like with the Festival of the Lost masks.
I do honestly hope I'm wrong though.

Yeah, but we already have 3 vendors with rotating stock, Eva, the Speaker, and Xur, what they sell is all RNG, closest thing to a gift bag is when Xur has an exotic engram. I don't believe they will put real money items in to a roll of the dice type system. The backlash would be a PR nightmare.

Unfortunately I don't share your faith in this situation. This post has been trending for over ten hours and not gotten any reply whatsoever from Bungie. At this point, I almost feel like it's being ignored on purpose, especially since the post both directly beneath (and later above) this one have received feedback from Deej, despite this thread having over three times the likes/replies.
