Today (September 23, 2014) Bungie released the 1.0.1.4 patch update, and with it the towers back gates opened to reveal Petra Venj ,part of the Queens Embassy, were you can unlock rare weapons and legendary class items, emblems, and shaders. To get these you have to level up your Queens Wrath Reputation by completing the Queens bounties.
