Not everyone can raid for hours continously. LFG is not a problem solver as half the time the groups dont get going. Iron banner you can pick up and play for an hour at a time and progress over the week. Why do you even care if people get up to 320 gear? Your time spent in raids is irrelevant to anyone but yourself.
