So am I an ass if I'm not against transgender, gay, lesbian, bi sexual, etc. people but will not help them further that sort of lifestyle whatsoever?

Like if somebody is raising money to get a transgender surgery because they feel as if they are a man(or woman) trapped in a women's(or mans) body, I wouldn't hate on them I would say "you go right on and do it if that's what you want" but I would never give them money to help.

If you're the kind of person who would refuse to acknowledge you friend's same-sex partner or something, that makes you a pretty big asshole.
