some of those are items you collect for patrol missions, like arc inducers and swivel turrets. some others are materials. some have been there for a while, like the exotic weapon core, and vex time glass needles: they are likely scrapped ideas for upgrading exotics from 300 ATK (or 150 ATK) to 331/160. alot of this is likely scrapped ideas and/or placeholders. that camera though....
