I have been waiting and trying to get help for not receiving my veteran's tour quest or VIP items. I never received either, and I made sure to check all my characters just in case. I made damn sure I qualify, I owned the season pass since DAY 1, and have been playing TTK since release. I completed and submitted the contact form regarding this issue weeks ago but have never heard back or had anything resolved. It has been 2 months and I haven't received help in any form. Please bungie, help me resolve this, its been way to long since this was addressed. Has ANYONE actually been able to get help for this? It has become an infuriating issue for me as I just really want the VIP items.
