Am I the only one that has read the lore that explains why we have not seen the sparrow and ship shaders/designs yet? Read the postcards that fenchurch sent to everis, he mentions that he was stranded on a hostile planet and had to dismantle some new custom made sparrows to make a new ship for him to get off the planet.
