Because, even though a [i]particular[/i] player might only be able to use [i]one[/i] old weapon, [i]every other weapon[/i] would still get brought into the TTK Meta by other players. And, if the end result is that [i]all[/i] of Y1 ultimately comes forward, either way... Why wouldn't players just have access to everything? Same end result. :P
